Hello, searched the threads but nothing jumped out.

When I lower my roof the windows retract the roof lowers and the windows come back up

At times when I put the roof up the windows retract, the roof comes up, the deck closes, the rear window goes down but the windows don't come back up and I don't get a chime. No error messages appear, i can manually close the windows and all is good. If I take my finger of the button and press it a gain I get the chime but the windows don't close. I have noticed sometimes when I open the boot I get a click from the boot catching on the deck. Tried adjusting the boot as it does sit slightly to one side. Anyone had a similar issue
