My paasenger seat is splitting @ the sewed seem in the middle of the bottom cushion. Thread broke. Any repair ideas?

You can pull the seat out, remove the lower cushion and sew it back together. That's what I did with my 850 seat.

 

Thanks for info. Paid stealer $1000 to replace the micro switch in this seat, had out to do myself, way to complicated replacement of micro switch. Going to look for proper heavy needle & color match thread, did alot of sewing in Marines on uniforms. If I can remove bottom cushion alot easier. Take me longer to remove & install seat than to do repair on seam!
Might take it to same people who installed new factory leather on my F-150 Lariet drivers seat. Stealer sends all seat repairs to this shop.

 

Yea, an upholstery shop can kock it out in not time. Probably cost you about $120.
