I have a strange problem with the USB connector in my 2011 C70 and music coming off a USB drive. It seems likes sometimes (not all the time) I will download new music to the my USB drive to play in my C70 and the songs I just downloaded behave odd. For example, if I am in the middle of a song and I turn off the car, when I start the car the next time, it resets the song to the beginning. I have other music which is on the same drive that works perfectly fine, it is just every now and then this happens. I tried to delete the music and add it back on to the drive and the same thing happens.

It is not the way I download the music because I download the same way. I see no difference in the file structure of the music that works right as compared to the music that doesn't.

Could it be a glitch in the USB software? Do they have firmware updates for the USB connecter?

Anyone else have this problem because I searched all over and I cannot find anything to help me solve this.

 

My USB on 2011 C70 isn't working at all. I could really use it since the CD player died. It says "Connect USB" and then nothing happens.
