Angry oil leak after engine flush

Hello all,
2010 c70 t5 Volvo 75,000
LOVE my car!
About a week ago, I got an oil change and had mentioned that I was overdue because of the pandemic. He offered an engine flush to get rid of dirty oil to go along with that oil change, it sounded like it would be good for the car, so i accepted the offer.
My friend told me that my car had left oil in his driveway. It has never leaked before so i grab my headlamp, and piece of cardboard and head out to my girl...There have been no dash lights, or unusual noises, matter of fact she seems to be happy with the clean oil...
I pop the hood to check the oil and it is at the correct level, but there i noticed that the air duct hose is not attached right in front of the radiator down to the air box, (it doesn't connect all that well either) also I notice the oil filter housing is substantially wet... at first glance I would say its the source of the leak, however Im going to have to clean the area and monitor to be sure,,,,judging where the oil is on the pavement also suggests that it is in the area of the oil filter housing..
Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone have any suggestions, advice or words of wisdom?
(Im really frustrated that he didnt advise that flushing may cause the seals and gaskets to leak, thus leading to costly repairs, they should have to disclose that info )

Maybe he didnt put the oring on the housing, or just didnt tighten it all the way. Could also possibly be the dipstick tube o ring, (the one that goes from the dipstick tube into the engine, these are known leakers and easy to fix)

+1. On the oil filter cannister there's a slot that the o-ring is supposed to fit into. pop off the cannister and make sure its in the right place, then retighten to spec.
