I just bought a 2011 C70 and would like to see what the vin says is on it.
Does anyone know where I can find the code.
I have looked at most sites, but they generalize what the code means.

Thanks for the info, the link doesn't work, probably my computer. I just wanted to see what the vin said my car had on it. I may be wrong, but I thought the vin told me the factory options installed

The VIN doesn't tell you the factory options, just engine, emission level, vehicle series and body style, model year and factory code.

Since 2011 C70s only had one engine in the US, your VIN would be broken down like this:

YV1 (All vehicles not XC)
67 (B5254T7 engine)
Either 0 (SULEV+) or 2 (ULEV 2)
M (P1 platform)
C (C70)
Check digit (0-9 and X)
B (2011)
1 (Torslanda Plant) or 2 (Ghent Plant) or J (Ubbdevalla Plant)
Last 6 are the serial number.

However, the VIN can be entered by us at the dealer to tell almost anything about the car.
