Default Warranty Question

I just purchased a 2008 C70 over the weekend. I purchased the car from a independent dealer (not a Volvo dealer). The car has 44,000 miles and some time remaining on the factory warranty. Any suggestions on what I can/should have the dealer look at? I've never owned a car with a remaining warranty, so I'm not exactly sure what I can and cannot ask for the dealer to do for the car. If there have been any recalls, will the dealer just take care of it or do I need to specifically point out any issues?

Thanks for your help

1) you can research any recalls by gooling volvo c70 recalls any and all recalls will come up 2) I would try to see if you have any maintenace records on this vehicle, if not take it to your local volvo dealer and let them know you are now the owner of this vehicle and ask them if they can research the maintenance records by the cars vin #.....then based on those findings you will know what you have to do in the way of maintenance by using the owner's maintenance guide which you should have received when you purchased the vehicle! GOOD LUCK!!!!
