I just bought a hopefully good 2006 C70 and the driver’s side windows have some issues. The main issue is the drivers window properly auto opens an inch or so when the door is opened but it will not auto close when the door is closed. More symptoms include:
- the one touch up and down doesn’t work on the driver door panel. The passenger door one touch works on the passenger controls.
- when the all windows down button is pushed on the drivers control panel, only the passenger windows go down. The drivers (front and back) don’t move at all.
- when the unlock button on the remote FOB is held for a few seconds, only the passenger windows go down. Again the drivers windows don’t budge.
- the drivers window goes up at half speed compared to the others when the engine isn’t running.

I have tried the reset which includes turning the key to II and holding the down button for 5-15 seconds and then going up and holding the up button for 5-15 seconds. Then turning the key off. I have also tried the pull the fuse while operating the window method and no dice. It is however quite possible I haven’t done the procedure exactly correct though.

Has anyone had any success with a window calibration or do I need some parts maybe?
