Here is my problem, I would like to precondition my car in wintertime...
I start the preconditioning from my app on my cell phone, starts ok, but when I get into car steering wheels and heated driver side is not active... they are cold, only heater is working...

Before anyone suggest that I have to turn them ON, yeas I did turn them on both LOW level...
That's on, but winter time when I enter the car, Car is warm but steering wheel and heats seats are COLD...

WHY??? Or anyone knows how to set them up right way they will start warming up in preconditioning????

Does your car have Google Automotive, or the old Sensus system? Mine has Sensus and in the Climate settings in the car interface there are options to automatically turn on heated seats upon startup.

 

This is not about turn them on or off in climate settings, as I mentioned they are both are on in climate setting on my original post
This is about preconditioning the car, when I turn it on from car app, it does not turn Heated Seat and Steering Wheel on, when I get into car, seats and wheels are still COLD....

I got this one figured out with Volvo...

After i sent a complaint to Volvo, they have contacted me and added Heated Seat to their update. (But in order to get this you have to take your car to the dealership)
Also, they promised me to add heated steering wheels to a future update...
