Overall I'm pretty happy with the s60 touchscreen, but I have some first world complaints and I'm hoping there might be "secret" methods I don't know of to help.

I feel like there is alot of wasted real estate on the main media screen. I always plug my phone in and use Android Auto for maps (I like real time traffic updates from Google Maps) and Spotify. The whole top half of the screen is dedicated to things I don't care about, such as telling me at the top of the screen that navigation and music are being done via Android Auto, and that my Bluetooth is connected to my phone. This seems redundant, and takes up the entire top half of the screen. Is there a way to get rid of these fields, or customize what is there?

Also, when I'm using Maps and Spotify to play music, the very small Spotify icon shows the album art, the song and artist, but only for the first few seconds of the song, then it reverts to a generic Spotify logo with no song information. So if I'm navigating, I can't see any song information on this giant screen, which seems ridiculous. Is there any way to customize this aspect?

I really just would like to see Google Maps and Spotify with basic information at the same time. It's a big enough screen that this certainly should be possible.
