or lack thereof...

The manual says use some silicone/gasket maker for the oil pan... I am curious if any of you have used cork gasket or another form of gasket maker to stop these pesky oil leaks from happening?

I have "Searched" the forum and cannot locate anything specifically for this.

Why not just use the correct sealer?

 

Decided to do this, though still have a leak coming from somewhere... now I get to go on the search, probably coming from the tube going to/from the turbo...
