Exclamation 00 S40 NO light NO radio after Neg/Pos swap

Well.. I guess this is not common problem. Here is what happened: One day tried to jump start the car and messed up with negative and positive on the battery. Since then I have no interior light and radio is dead, all fuses seem to be ok. Where should I look?
After this, car was sitting for few months. Now connected the battery and tried to start it - starts perfect, but after I shut it off fan keeps running. That is probably from negative to positive jumpstart.

Any input would be appreciated.

I would pull the radio fuse and check for power making it to the fuse. If yes, then I would pull the radio and check for power making it to the radio. If no power at the fuse, then I would pull the CEM and check for power in and out. Always ohm the fuse itself to make sure it's really good.

All right I'll try it tomorrow. But how about interior light? Is it somehow connected to the radio? I assume that light bulbs cannot burn out from +/- swap.

Exclamation Update

Today I've replaced CEM and almost all of the relays, but still I have this issue with stereo and interior light.
My battery is dead, but I jump started the car and while it was running I noticed some other weird things. I have "CHECK ENGINE" light on and DOOR light on, even though all doors are closed. I have ASR light on. And when I shut engine off my fan starts running and would not shut down. If I pull the FAN #2 relay out it stops, when I put it back it starts running again, but if I turn ignition key to position 1 or 2 it stops.

What is it????? CEM replaced from another car(used unit), fuses are OK, relay's replaced from another car(used relays).

And my Daylight running light are OFF. When I turn it manually they work.

Where to look?? What to test? What to replace????

First start by checking your alternator. When jumper cables are crossed you can sometimes blow out the diodes or the regulator. If the alternator is putting out voltage it can be checked with a volt meter at the battery, it should read 13 vdc or more. If not fix your alternator and battery first, then start testing the rest. When are trying to find a fault you need a fully charged battery, you may need to keep a charger on it and a volt meter to make sure you have between 12.0 and 13.5 vdc.
