Any idea how to access the pump and change it out for a new one? mine crapped out and i can't pass state inspection without it!

I found it. Under the car; passenger side towards the front. You have to drop down the plastic panel under the bumper. The pump is on the side of the washer fluid tank; just pop it out and pop in a new one.
