I had a dream which still could come true.I wanted to swap the entire motor and drivetrain from an Evo3 to the 40 then do a wide body on it.If youv got the dough might wanna consider going this way too.Upgrading the factory setup isnt really worth the effort unless you swap to a manual.

 

Not familiar with the Evo 3, but that sounds like an awesome build! Did any manual S40's make it to the states? That would be cool to make it a clutch car.

 

No manual in the states but Mexico got them.Same T4 with 200HP as a base with the 14T.Might as well try to source one instead of keep adding stuff to this one if its possible to get one here with all the CA regulations which is the reason they didnt get them here on the first place.Now only if you would know a good mechanic there then take a 2 weeks vacation and have it all swapped to your car.Who would say its not the same when you come back? lol.
