2007 Volvo s40 2.4i here, needs powersteering pump and I found an awesome steal but it's from an 08. Will that work? Please help! Thank you.

 

both years look to use Volvo PN 36001485 but check to see what's in yours and what's in the 2008 to make sure there's no chassis number cut offs. You should also look at replacing the wiring harness - PN 30775461 (about $40 or so)
