Mhm.. Well thanks for the many responses... I bought the car anyway, and I'm quite content with it so far.

Now, apparently the stigma around Volvo drivers is that they must own "driving gear", such as a "driving hat", "driving gloves" or "driving socks".
I'll go buy a top-hat that protrudes out the sunroof next weekend so I can fit right in
