2000 S40 Throttle cable replacement
Hi, Recently my X plate 2000 Volvo S40's accelerator pedal went dead, After getting a friend to check it they produced a bit of my throttle cable which had frayed and broke off. The job itself is not the problem but finding a replacement cable. But I am trying to find a UK provider and having no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure if you have a turbo/non-turbo, but it looks to me that the part is list at $65 US and can be bought online for $40 US or so. Have you tried going to a dealer (at least they can confirm the OEM part number proper fitment.) - Part number 30620572 seems to be right. Local dealer, offers & car sales ? Volvo Cars may help locate a part.
