2001 S40 1.9T Cranks but no start??
There is fuel in the tank, FPR is brand new, CMP and CKP signals are good with 200rpm cranking speed. I found the 15A fuel pump fuse open, replaced it with one off the high beam circuit and that fuse blew as well almost instantly. Im thinking it's a short in the pump circuit or in the pump itself.
Is there a fuel pump relay hidden somewhere? And is this pump external or submerged, inside the tank?
Appreciate any help...thx.
