does anyone know where i can get an aftermarket intake for my 03 s40? i have searched high and low with no luck. maybe another years model will work? any help is appreciated.

Right there is one. It is a Short Ram Intake. It is under their section of 2000-2004 s40's. So before ordering call and make sure it fits your car.

You could also try custom making your self one. This is what I would do.
