2003 S40

I am considering a Volvo S40 1.9T that is for sale. I have a 02 VW Jetta 1.8T and really like it although I don't want to own two of the same car Hence the Volvo S40. The S40 drives nice and has some pick up to it, so I really like it. Are there any problems with this model and year that I should consider before I make a Purchase?
