2003 s40 heater/ac

I have been having trouble with my heater/ac fan speed. It was stuck on and wouldn't turn off and now I have no fan at all. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You might have a problem with what they call the blower motor resistor or blower too, it is located near the glove box area on the blower itself.
