First off, hi everyone, I just decided to register here to get some help, but I've been a lurker for some time now to get some problems solved on my car.

Now, as the title says, I have 2003 Volvo S40 4 Cylinder Turbo. Now what I'd like to do is install an LED lightbar on both the driver and passenger side of my vehicle (underneath so you can't see it) that only lights up when the inside lights light up for illuminated entry. I'd like to be able to set this up so it only lights when the doors open/unlock, not just whenever the inside lights are lit.

I have no clue if what I'm asking is even possible, but one can hope. I don't have any fancy tools to this with, just stuff to do basic wiring and such. (aka anything too difficult isn't worth it to me). I'd also need some suggestions on suitable lightbars.
