2004 S40 T5 Moonroof Controls do not fully work
Moving the switch to position 5&6 aft have no response, and neither does the pull down to close position. I am looking if there is a particular UEM reset sequence that may help for this particular model.
The over all moon-roof works, but you have to cycle it through all positions and then time the closure. No leaking seems to be prevalent.

If I remember correctly you have to put it in position 1 to start off.
Then while in position 1, push the sunroof to the full tilt position and let off of the button.
Then press and hold the button to the full tilt position and after a couple of seconds the glass should move.
After it moves make sure it goes through all its functions automatically.

I found the issue was the switch itself. I removed disassembled and cleaned all the contacts with alcohol and an eraser. Replaced the switch and rebooted the car. It worked like a charm. Replacement part was $50 online for a switch, but i got lucky and repaired. Thanks for the assist.
