2004 volvo S40 2.0L non turbo

Hi, can anyone help me figure out how to access and disconnect my 02 sensor which is located before the catalytic converter, through the cabin near the gear console. The 02 sensor on my car has 3 wires

do you have a gen 1 or gen 2 s40? You should find the O2 sensor connector on firewall within the engine bay not in the cabin.
