2004 Volvo S40 bought a brand new battery
II just bought a car a 2004 Volvo S40 from a friend of mine and they're talking about the computer is bad or something it she said the car wouldn't start that we have to tow it but I went and bought a brand new battery in the car started right up drove it home then lights on dash start to dim makes this whistling noise I eventually try to give it gas and nothing then battery died we jump it stsrtef as soon as we cables of car died try it again same thang again I was think alternator if u can help I would appreciate it thank you
