I would look into these guys: http://www.hituning-usa.com/ here is their main site: http://www.hi-tuning.com/
Right now on turbobricks.com Fredrik (one of theguyswho worksfor Hi-tunning)is hosting agroup buy for the chips. $250-$400 for a chip shipped to your door.
If you live in the EU there is a 25% VAT charge though which is add to the total. http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=112641this is the link, but it only works if you are a member and logged in.
Also check out this: https://volvoforums.com/m_38606/tm.htmit has a bunch of aftermarket and OEMsites.
Cheers Mate.

Go to s40concepts.net for modding things.
THey mainly specialize in the older S40's (2000-2003), but I'm sure they would have some ideas for you.
I recently bought a eurosporttuning.com cold air intake for my 2k S40, on those guy's advice.
THey're good guys, they'll help you out!
Head on over there!!
