Default 2005 S-40 ODB II code

My check engine light came on today. I took the car to Firestone, then auto zone to have the codes read. It came back with 110A and 640F. The 110A seemed to be the more specific, saying that there was a problem with the air intake temperature sensor being at either the extreme high or low end. That would signify an electrical problem with the sensor or the sensor was bad. My issue is, I have one day where I can maybe get the car to a dealership before embarking on a summer of long-driving for work. Is this something that I can afford to let slide or is this something that I really need to fix right away?

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

I just did some research on new intake temp sensor for 2005 S40 but could not find any available.

I'm not privy to the S40s, but as long as you do not notice any drivability problems, you can probably defer the repair. Or, the sensor is probably nothing but a thermistor, in which case you could perhaps try cleaning the electrical connector with a can of contact cleaner spray, reconnect it and have an AutoZone "fat-finger" the scanner to see if it turns off CEL. If they say no (for which they have the right, as turning off CEL without correcting the problem is illegal in some states/countries) then the only places you can have it turned off are either the dealer or a shop that specialises in Swedish makes.
