After a couple minutes the engine running, a weird whistle comes out closet to the camshaft right side. It's gone after I take off the oil cap and and a air suction sounds come from valves area. Is that normal? Check the video at , put attention on the 0:14sec and 0:40sec.

Any ideas?

 

You need a new PCV breather box, which is the oil filter housing.
