2005 S40 Question
Hi Everyone,
I just bought a 2005 S40 2.4i with Sports Package. I can't wait to to pick it up this Saturday.
One thing that shocked me was that the wheel did not come with lock nuts and it cost $60 for the nuts. The sales guy told me that I can't find these lock nuts because the volvo lock nuts have "spacer"? Can anyone verify this for me?
I thought I can just go to the nearest auto part shop and pick up a set of lock nuts and install them on the rims.
Can anyone let me know if I have to buy Volvo lock nuts or I can buy aftermarket.

The last I knew you will have to buy the Volvo locking lugs.Yes there is a cone shaped spacer on the lugs that helps center the rims on the hub.It is not the average lugs.
Im not sure if the aftermarket has them yet but you can check around and see.
