Hi I have couple questions I’ve recently noticed a slight hesitation every now and then sometimes on hills sometimes not any idea? Going to replace spark plugs and coils and see if this helps for now..also these past few days I’ve noticed my car making a muffling noise in 1st and 2nd pretty loud and it’ll stop eventually has anyone had this Issue sound like a bog clogging noise if it’s not one thing it’s another!

 

Spark plugs and coils will not cause a "slight hesitation" (unless maybe the plugs are just slap worn out!) The first symptom of worn spark plugs is usually hard starting from cold - the spark has a hard time jumping the larger worn out gap.
If the plugs are old, certainly replace them, but if there are no coil related codes, save your hard earned cash to fix the real problem.
