Kinda depends on where the water is - it can come from a few places, including the sunroof drains, or the heater core, or the evaporator box (another clogged drain), or the windshield (failed seal / caulking), or the fender (ditto). And so on...

Remove the A pillar and look for the drain where it connects to the elbow. Same in the rear C pillar.

if it’s coolant it will be green and sticky and sweet smelling. (Or red if you use that type)

Did you disconnect the electrical connections for the seats when you removed them?

There is a thread or two on removing the carpet completely. Plenty of wiring harnesses running around the cabin.

Default Reconnecting tubes at base

I recently found two small ponds in the back floor areas. It turns out the sunroof drain became detached at the base in the left front corner of the dashboard. I plan to cut the tube and add an extension to make it just an inch or so longer so that it is long enough to be inserted into the attachment in the dashboard. The way it is now, the two tubes barely reach each other. The problem is I can't get my hand into the corner to push the tube into the receiving tube. I actually need two hands but it is so narrow. Any ideas? Thanks.
