Is there a place where I can get a replacement shell for my '03 S40 key fob?
I see many replacement shells for sale on Amazon and eBay, but they don't have the exact same shape. (They seem thinner and don't have the 2-1-1 button layout).
Not sure if anyone sells just the plastic for the 03/04 S40 flip key. Try googling around for part #30662324. The fob itself costs about 150 to replace... :-(

I was curious, and looked on eBay (which normally has lots of options for pretty much anything you're looking for). Didn't find anything, other than someone selling 10 (!) Volvo keys (which are more than you want, but you'd have a lifetime supply of cases, and could probably put them back up on eBay and make some money). eBay Volvo Keys
