Got a cracked fitting on the radiator hose and its letting air in the line. I'm getting it fixed Monday but can I drive it until then? When I drive about 30 mins today the coolant in the overflow was bubbling up and the overflow had a pinhole leak coming out of the top

 

You are playing a dangerous game since you should not drive the car with air in the system. If you purge the air before driving and top up the system every time you stop you could get away with short excursions. But that crack is letting coolant out when you drive. Too long and the coolant gets too low and things get ugly quick.
