I am a new member to the Forum! I have a 2001 S40 the Air Conditioning Fan only operates a one speed...and will not shut of regardless ofthe setting of the fan speed dial. Has anyone experienced this before and what was the ultimate solution?

Thanks billofdurham. I found the uk volvoforums site helpful with this issue. I have not had my volvo in the dealer's service department in 2 years and hopefully will not have to visit them any time soon. I have a local mechanic and this information will point him in the right direction!
