When I took my Volvo in to find out what was wrong, they said I needed a strut mount and a CV joint replacent. The Technician said that after one of those, can't remember which one, I would need to have an alignment or it would tear up my tires. This weekend, I just finished replacing my strut mount and both struts. Will those tear up my tires without a realignment or is it replacing the CV joint axle half shaft that will do it? I'm not sure when I'm going to get to the half shaft, so I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive for now. Please help. Thanks.

 

It is suggested to get an alignment done after replacing the strut mounts not with the CV joints
