So I finally changed my spark plugs and on my last coil pack I tightened it to much and shaped the bolt right off with half of it already in the block. My natural reaction of course was to yell out Sh*t!

So my dad decided to try and drill it out and ended up drilling two holes around the bolt itself. Then we took the coil pack out and got metal shavings in it so after cleaning everything up we ended making a little clip to put on a different side to keep it in place.

Other then that the cars running great now though. With these new iridium NGKs the cars actually feels smoother now. Still a very nerve racking experience.

 

That was a close call. Good thing you did not get any metal in the engine.
