Check that you haven't accidentally changed the balance.
If the balance is OK I would suspect a connection problem if the other speakers, back and front, are working OK. The front door speaker is connected piggy back to the dash speaker so I would start there.

The speaker grilles clip into place and can be prised out gently. Thatwill give you access to the top of the speaker but I think they are held in with rivets. To get to the wiring you need to remove the panel under the dash and work from there.
