Audio speed buzzer at 80mph?

Default Audio speed buzzer at 80mph?

Vovo240 SE . Apparently made for the Swiss Army. This has an audio spped buzzer that activates at 80mph. Apparently relay number is 1308637. Does anybody know anything about this and how to trace and disconnect?
