Battery drain 05s40

It's not a difficult process, but it IS a little fiddly. First, you disconnect the negative battery terminal, and put an ammeter inline between the battery and the cable. That will show you how much current is flowing, and you can determine if it's enough to drain your battery (make sure your door isn't open, turning on the dome light).
Assuming you DO see excessive current drain (I'd say offhand anything over 1/10th of an amp) then it's "just" a matter of pulling individual fuses one at a time until you pull one out that causes the excess current to go away. Then you know where to start looking (it'll probably be pretty simple at that point to figure out which component is the culprit).
