Default belt tensioner

2005 S40 T5 , serpentine belt install attempted. Stripped the hex on the alt/ac tensiner; routing the inner belt incorrectly and applying too much force. Tool slipped and stripped the hex. ANYONE ever removed this part? How and any tips would be greatly appreciated. Canadian.

Remove the one bolt holding it in.

I have removed the bolt, but the part seems stuck in place. Does prying on it with a crowbar work (haven't tried this yet)? The picture from Hudini shows the outer belt tensioner; mine is the inner one under the alternator. Will post results (hoping not to break anything).

Got some other tips from Swedespeed guys and all together went ahead and removed the part. I did use a pickle fork to dislodge the tensioner and then lowered the engine to get more room to remove the part(after removing the outer tensioner 1st) . Installed the new tensioner, then the outer (applying some tension while tightening bolt), torqued both to 24NM. Installed the belts, raised the engine, started engine to verify all ok. Put back liner , wheel and removed off jackstand. ~2.5 hours later, smiles! Thanks for all tips and advise.
