Hi

I have a 2004 S40. I think my blower resistor is busted. It operates on onesetting - FULL blow even when it is in the off position.

Can anyone advise on how I can remove the front panel to get to the resistor.

It is kind of a pain to replace.
You will need to remove the glovebox and lower dash panel.
The you will have to loosen the right side lower dash mount and pull the dash out some to get the resistor out.
