Blowing fuse #32
Could be wiring or a device that's shorted. google around for a wiring diagram to see what's on that fuse's circuit Not sure if your model has a fuel injector relay or not - if it does try pulling the relay when doing your probing You can also start by disconnecting the battery and then probe to see where you see low or no impedence. You may need to isolate stuff like unplugging the injectors etc.

Thanks hopefully I can get this resolved.
From what I see that fuse goes to the fuel injectors because our cars do not have an iac, I keep getting a misfire on cylinder four so I’m thinking maybe a bad injector or bad connector
Have you recently done any work on the car, like changing the injector or any related components? Sometimes if something isn't installed correctly or if there's a problem with the wiring, it can cause these issues.
Also, check the wiring harness around the injector. Over time, the insulation can wear down, leading to a short circuit.
If everything looks okay there, probably that the injector itself is faulty and drawing too much current, causing the fuse to blow. Use a multimeter to check the resistance across the injector terminals. If the reading is way too low or high, it's likely a faulty injector.

My mistake, I apologize, I looked at the wrong number on the Fuse, it is the F33 fuse under the hood that keeps blowing. And please correct me if I am wrong, but that fuse is for the front heated O2 sensor.
