Default Fuse Continues to Blow and Car Dies While Running

I have had my fuse replaced twice in one week. And, my car died again this morning. Three in one week.

I drive my car and it just dies while running. When it dies, the lights work but it wont do anything else. The shop replaces the fuse and two days later it blows. The volvo dealership service says that it can't see anything causes the fuse to blow.

Has anyone had this issue?

Pretty vague, at least list the fused replaced for a proper response.

it was the ignition fuse that continues to blow. They had it hooked up to the diagnostic but nothing was reading?

Find out was is on the circuit and eliminate possibilities one at a time. Something is shorted, what was the diagnosis for fixing it or did they just raise the white flag?

thanks, they just raised the red flag. once the fuse was fixed there were no other issues diagnosed. But the fuse has blown three times now - no one can figure out why the fuse is blowing.

Shut off everything inside vehicle you can possibly think of and replace the fuse. Wait and see what happens after you drive it. Carry a few spare fuses of course.
