I have a 2001 Volvo S40. My wife backed into another car yesterday and busted the tail light. [:@] Does anyone know how I can buy a tail light assembly? I have searched all over the internet but can't find any information about getting one.

Is there just a lens that you replace, or does it require replacing the whole assembly?

 

I bet they have one on ebay?

 

I buy a lot of part from http://www.myswedishparts.com/they have an extensive online discount catalog.

 

Ebay was the first place I checked - no luck. On that myswedishparts site, the only listings for the S40 rear lamp assembly were for "station wagon". Do the S40 and S40 wagon have the same rear lights?
