A/C takes longer time to blow cold air on my 2002 S40

A/C takes longer time to blow cold air on my 2002 S40
About a month ago, I noticed that the A/C takes longer time before blowing cold air. The air still icy cold once it is cold but it could take upto 5 mins before it kicks in. What could be the cause of it? Thanks in advance for any info.
