Default CEM question

Hi guys,

New to the Volvo community. Hello all!

my question is regarding the CEM unit on the passenger side. What does the “Roof -2” connector control in the car?
mine was all corroded and a couple pin are broken.

thanks!

Ryan

what model year are you working on? Volvowiringdiagrams.com goes up to the 2007s but that may be same as the later years of the gen 2 S40s

Default Any results?

Hi, I am having the same issue with my 2006 Volvo v50 and was curious if you ever figured out this problem that you were having? I have the same issue with my car and can’t figure out what this plug does. Everything works with it unplugged but when plugged in the wipers are haywire and several other electrical glitches. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks
