Clicking noise air compressor

Everytime I turn on the A/C I start to hear the compressor clicking on and off frequently, is that normal?

That usually means the freon level is low.

How much does it cost at dealer to install freon?

The exact price will depend on how low it is.
If you have a Volvo repair shop near you other than a dealer it will be cheaper.
