I am looking for maintenance instructions for repair/ replacement of certain parts/ the entire clutch. I have an 06 s40t5. I pushed the clutch down and heard a pop and a smell. Then some grinding. After a while I was able to drive the car home by power shifting. Now I am able to get through the gears with the clutch, but it shifts hard with much more noise than normal. Also, while releasing the pedal, sometimes I have a grinding noise. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a repair manual. Any suggestions on the inspection criteria or the procedures?
