Hey guys, my '01 S40 decelerates occasionaly. Sometimes it works great, and then sometimes it just loses it's speed. Not touching the brake or anything. I also just changed my CEM. But that did not affect it, since I had same problem prior to CEM changeout. Thanks for any leads!

 

Maybe there could be a loose hose, or what about some device called the cruise control modulator? Do these things cause cruise to fail sometimes?
