Hello everyone. I have a 2006 Volvo S40 T5, Manual Trans, FWD. If possible, I always like to fix my vehicle. I have change both CV axles around a month ago, and I noticed that on the right side there is this noise that slowly appears, mostly when the engine is still cold and I start the ride but when the engine is hot, the noise disappears. My first impression was that the gears do not have good contact. Any suggestions?

What brand of axles did you use? Some of the cheap Chinese axles are notorious for making noises and vibrations (mine lasted only about 1,000 miles). If the noise changes when you go around a curve at speed, it could be a front wheel bearing.
