Hey everyone,

Hopefully I'm not making anyone too upset... I'm using my s40 wagon in a demolition derby next week. The car has a lot of issues and I'd prefer it goes out in a blaze of glory if it's going to get scrapped. My major concern is about what features are built in that will make it a short day if I get bumped. Obviously the air bags need to be disconnected. I disconnected the drivers side. What is the easiest way to disconnect passenger and side curtain bags? Can I just pull a fuse? Does anyone know if Volvo builds anything else into the car that may kill it upon impact?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

At the very least, I can figure out how to get to the airbags, but does Volvo have anything else built in to the car that will be set off upon impact? Any knowledge would help. Thanks.
